Extreme high heat to the east of us, and high winds in the Coachella Valley are expected beginning Tuesday.
The National Weather Service has posted an weather advisory for the Coachella Valley starting Tuesday afternoon.
Winds with gusts over 40 miles per hours are expected for the mountains and deserts beginning tomorrow afternoon, and continuing through the evening.
Gusty winds are predicted for the remainder of the week, with the strongest winds expected Friday and Saturday.
