My Stay at the ARIA

ARIA in Las Vegas

I recently stepped out of my Wynn-Las Vegas comfort zone and stay a the ARIA.  Located on the strip in the new City Center complex, I didn't realize I was in for a treat.

My room was located in the Sky Suites section on the 39th floor (59 floors total) room number 37.  When I opened the door, the curtains opened by themselves, music started to play and the lights turned on.  This modern, spacious room was totally one touch with the use of the iPad on the night stand.  Each room has flat screens, there was a living room, dining room, sitting area, master bedroom and two bathrooms.

The master bathroom was large with duel sinks, a soaking tub in the middle of the room and a very large shower.  My favorite first time experience was the heated toilet seat...don't laugh, it was heaven.

However, nothing could beat the stunning views I had of the valley through my floor to ceiling windows on three different walls.  The room is a corner room and if I didn't have so much to do, sitting there enjoying the view was delightful.

I ate at several restaurants at the ARIA and all were very good.  Sirio's was treat not to be missed. The candy store, I promise you will find something you like and take your camera.

The pool area was quiet do to the torrential rains, thunder and lightening, however there were several pools to choose from and seemed very inviting.

If I had to point out one negative it might be how large the property is and all the walking involved.  I did not mind it, but if I was in a hurry perhaps it might have bothered me a bit.  Take comfortable shoes and stroll, the ARIA is quite lovely when you start looking around.

The staff is friendly and easy to find. There is self parking, with plenty of signs to show you where, all in a covered structure.    I have a feeling my next visit to Las Vegas includes a stay at the ARIA....hope to see you there!

You';re welcome, Renee but I don't really expect thanks for my contributions to the classroom. IRead More wasn't going to stand by and see kids not have the basic things they needed to get through the class and most teachers are of the same mind :) Sadly, school budgets have never covered all the needs in classrooms.

Dorothy you actually believe criminals can't get guns without a background check. Wow are youRead More naive. Just because YOU don't understand why some people want a particular weapon...does not mean you can impose your ownership standards on someone else. Suppose I suggest you don't need the particular car you drive or the particlar beverage you drink? I see you are opposed to hunting. How do you feel about abortion? Typical liberal double standard at play here??

Totally agree. This is just the beginning of a gun grab. All it will accomplish is furtherRead More restrictions on law abiding citizens. Chicago is a perfect example. Strictest gun control in the nation and highest gun crime and murder rate. Criminals do not comply with the law. Only legal citizens will lose their rights to own the weapon of their choice. Liberals are all about choice when it comes to killing an unborn, but when it comes to a lawful gunowner's choice it's a different story altogether.
