Valley McDonald's Accepts Food Donations

Items needed are canned fish, meat, Spam, soup, and boxed low-sugar cereals. The bins will be in place through December 31.

across the Coachella Valley are collecting food donations for the FIND Food Bank starting today.

"We are asking for canned and boxed food that has not passed its expiration date, to be donated to a bin in one of the participating McDonald's," said FIND President Lisa Houston. "We have volunteers who will sort and package the donations for us to deliver to hungry families this holiday season." 

Items needed are canned fish, meat, Spam, soup, and boxed low-sugar cereals. The bins will be in place through December 31.

The only McDonald's that will not have collection bins are the ones in Walmarts, casinos, and malls.
