Michael Bolton Headlines Desert Symphony's 25th Anniversary Gala Tonight

Pop singer Michael Bolton will headline the Desert Symphony's 25th. anniversary gala at the McCallum Theatre tonight.

Proceeds will support the symphony, which started in 1989 and is composed of a small group of regular performers and musicians from Southern California's major orchestras who perform together for concerts, according to the group's website.

Bolton, known for such hits as "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You?" and "When a Man Loves a Woman," has recorded eight top 10 albums and has won two Grammy awards.

Tickets are $500 for dinner and the show, or $250, $150 or $100 for just the show, which begins at 8 p.m.
