Community Update

I've driven over an hour to get to an appointment at Windstone only to find that the doctor has decided to leave early and told, "We'll just reschedule you" by the receptionists. This is pretty annoying considering that they fine a client if you miss an appointment yourself. Also, they won't prescribe refills so that you have to keep coming back every month and pay a $30 co-pay to add to the cost of your prescription. Windstone worked much better in the previous city I lived in. I'd consider just doing without the medication I've been getting at this place because the operation is so flaky and so are the doctors, receptionists and everything else about it.
