HA I think it's hilarious that there were more arrests at Stagecoach. I thought it would be the…Read More other way around, especially with Coachella being two weekends long. Damn crazy rednecks need to lay off the moonshine!! ;)

I was there with a couple of friends and family members during the Stagecoach 2013, and we had a lot…Read More of fun with the music and just the overall atmosphere. Of course, we dressed up to the occasion, sporting Western attire, complete with the hat and even the holster for some. The ladies who were with us wore short shorts and cowboy boots, which garnered a few hoots from male attendees. It was a fun night, but different from the Coachella I attended last year. It was a different experience, including the music and the crowd.

And, in the opposite direction, what would have happened if the minor offenders were not arrested?…Read More Was there any disruption caused by these "offenders," or was it simply that the police had to do something to justify their expensive existence there. I can assure Larry that if the current constabularial attitude existed at Woodstock, there would have been many, many arrests, including possibly him. We have an increasingly repressive society, but it is not noticed by some because it has evolved so slowly. There is far more repression of the public now than there was in 1776, but we don't have to guts and desire to reverse or overthrow it.

I was thinking something similar, Michael: Back in the day drunks were more tolerated, they didn't…Read More arrest.

Heck, if you were pulled over for drunk driving when I was in high school the officer would just…Read More drive you home. Not saying that that was a good thing. And the amount of pot smoked at concerts while growing up? No way that happens now days.
