Assailants in Ronald Reagan, Clown Masks Rob GameStop at Gunpoint

A PlayStation game console and undisclosed amount of money were taken from a GameStop store Friday evening by assailants in Ronald Reagan and clown masks.

A robber in a Ronald Reagan mask and his masked accomplice stormed a GameStop store in Palm Desert and took gaming accessories and cash, a sheriff's sergeant said Saturday.

Dispatchers received a 911 call at 8:49 p.m. Friday from the store, in a shopping center at the corner of Monterey Avenue and Dick Kelly Drive.

One of the gunmen brandished a silver semi-automatic handgun with a black grip when they stole a PS Vita console, three PlayStation Portables and an undisclosed amount of money, Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. David Wright said.
